Where it all began.

Clear Direction Human Resources is a family run HR Consultancy based in Milton Keynes, supporting businesses of all shapes and sizes across the UK and beyond.

Founded in 2018 by Wayne and Rachel with a strong belief that all businesses regardless of size have the right to be able to access quality and commercial HR Support. With over over 25 years in Senior HR roles across numerous businesses and sectors, we are perfectly positioned to realise this belief.

Rachel brings over 20 years of experience managing a diverse range of businesses, with son no.1 Cameron joining the team in 2025. From starting in the beginnings with a handful of loyal clients, we are now proud to support and partner with over 30 different businesses across the world – from hospitality to manufacturing, production to leisure, Skincare to collections of national history – we do it all!

Wayne Morgan

Managing Director

Wayne has over 20 years General Management, Human Resources and Development experience, working across multiple hospitality and leisure brands coupled with Retail, General Aviation, TV production, FMCG, Recruitment, Manufacturing, Charity Sector and Automotive.

Wayne has led on delivering a number of transformational change programmes focusing on organisational design, talent management, succession planning, performance improvement, employer branding & employee engagement.

Wayne offers a diversity of thinking through his creative and commercial approach to organisational challenges ensuring that they align to the culture and values of the business.

Along with leading Clear Direction Human Resources Wayne also holds a number of Non-Executive Director positions and consultant HR Director roles creating a diverse portfolio supporting senior leaders in the UK and in Europe.

He is comfortable conversing at board level as well as being hands on in the operational environment. He is capable of dealing with challenging environments using his quick wit and tenacious nature.

Rachel Morgan

Human Resources Consultant & Director

Rachel is one of the founding directors of Clear Direction Human Resources Limited and graduated with an Associate Diploma in People Management (CIPD) in 2022.

Rachel has built a diverse portfolio of SME clients supporting them with all aspects of HR & People Management. She has extensive experience working in specialist business to business environments coupled with over 15 years’ experience within the hospitality industry enabling her to have a real empathy for the support, advice and development services that the business provides.

Her approach has been described, as ‘commercial’, ‘no nonsense’ and ‘solution focused’ coupled with a real depth of understanding and empathy regarding the impact her advice has on people and organisations. In addition, she continues to support the businesses with all operational and commercial matters.

Amongst other things, Rachel is our lead BreatheHR Partner and can support with system configuration and implementation.

Cameron Morgan

People Services Manager

Cameron is an HR professional with a growing track record in modernising HR operations and enhancing the employee experience. In his current role, he’s led the implementation of multiple HRIS systems, streamlined key processes, and contributed to more data-informed decision-making.

His experience spans HR management, Learning & Development, and recruitment. He has also overseen policy rewrites and manages day-to-day HR tasks, including contract management and employee lifecycle communications.

Stanley Morgan

Stanley joined Clear Direction in 2021, he focuses his working time on biscuit quality control and extracting lunch leftovers from the team.

He also once climbed on the desk and made a large payment to a supplier. Stan firmly believes in work-life balance: for every hour worked, at least two must be spent snoozing.

Oliver Morgan

Oliver took up the role of head of Entertainment in 2023. Whether he's photobombing video calls or showing off his latest trick ("sit...ish"), he believes in keeping spirits high and cuddles flowing freely.

He also does regular Desk-to-desk wellness check-ins. When he’s not working, Ollie can be found in a muddy puddle somewhere.
