Gemma has almost 10 years HR experience across a range of industries including childcare, retail and hospitality. Gemma is personable in nature and understands the importance of building positive working relationships at all levels. She is CIPD qualified and has a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.
Gemma has a variety of operational experience ranging from setting up HR departments, writing policies, procedures & employee handbooks, managing employee relations and HR teams as well as leading people related projects including succession planning and performance reviews, employee engagement and performance management.
Before joining Clear Direction HR, Gemma was in a strategic role as Head of People for a large national hospitality organisation.
