Rachel is one of the founding directors of Clear Direction Human Resources Limited and graduated with an Associate Diploma in People Management (CIPD) in 2022.
Rachel has built a diverse portfolio of SME clients supporting them with all aspects of HR & People Management. She has extensive experience working in specialist business to business environments coupled with over 15 years’ experience within the hospitality industry enabling her to have a real empathy for the support, advice and development services that the business provides.
Her approach has been described, as ‘commercial’, ‘no nonsense’ and ‘solution focused’ coupled with a real depth of understanding and empathy regarding the impact her advice has on people and organisations. In addition, she continues to support the businesses with all operational and commercial matters.
